Attached are 4 images – 2 shows an issue with an “Extra Tab” and 2 shows the issue with the “My Cart”.
Explained: iPhone issue ONLY
1. “Extra Tab” – the issue can be seen on the PRODUCT page (view images: Please remove this “Extra Tab” – there is nothing in the extra tab when you click it. FYI: you don’t see this “Extra Tab” on Android Phones)
2. “My Cart” – the issue can be seen when you click on the PRODUCT page and then click on any product, then click “Add to Cart” – from there you go to the “My Cart” page – you can see the “My Cart” page in the background, but the page is “LOADING” and never stops “LOADING” (see images) – so you can’t buy anything. Please correct this issue ASAP – this is a BIG ISSUE.

Hello Support,Above on #1 was the response about a TAB on the iPhone mobile device – that when you click – it’s completely blank. On the Android Phone – there is no issue with this TAB – it does not show up. Please remove this problem for the iPhone, which has no function.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Please use a “REAL” iPhone to see this issue and not an “emulator” – because it will not show you the problem correctly. I have an iPhone 6 and my partner has the same phone – and my partner was the one who notice this problem.
Above on #2 was the response – but you must use a “REAL” iPhone – not an “emulator” – we cannot purchase a product within the “My Cart” area. To see this MAJOR PROBLEM (no one can buy w/ an iPhone) – you MUST use a REAL” iPhone – not an “emulator” – thank you in advance for your efforts on this major problem. Again, on Android – there is no issue.

Currently, we no support remove sidebar.
If you want to remove it, (only in mobile) we will suport for you.
If you want to remove it( only in desktop and moblie ), we will customwork for you.

I have created a VIDEO on this issue with the iPhone. I took a video using the latest iPhone 6 smart phone – the issue is that a customer cannot BUY the product – they can see the product, but unless they know to “REFRESH” the page – they won’t be able to buy anything. Please let me know if this can be resolved – now that you can see the issue I in Atlanta, GA and our partners in Los Angeles, CA are encountering the same issue on their iPhones.
