We strive to provide prompt, helpful and friendly support. Please contact us with any questions you have about using our themes or plugin.

Working hour:

Our support department works Monday through Friday. We try to answer questions within a 8h period.

Support is provided

  • For one theme used on a single website
  • By email for private, one-on-one help
  • By support forum

Support includes

  • Answering questions about using the features of our theme and plugin
  • Addressing bugs that are found with our theme or plugin
  • Response typically within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding Vietnam holidays)

Support does NOT include

  • Any type of assistance with coding or design (we can refer you to a professional)
  • Help with third-party plugins (please contact the plugin author)
  • General WordPress support (use the WordPress Support Forums)
  • Assistance with moving a website, converting content or similar services
